By reserving a RV site or horse stall, I agree to the terms of this waiver of liability and understand that cancellations and refunds will incur a $20 fee + 3%. For horse stalling and camping cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to your reservation date, refunds will be less the cost of 1 stall. You must contact Fairgrounds office staff prior to reservation date for cancellations or refunds to be considered. I, the undersigned, will not hold PARK COUNTY, COUNTY EMPLOYEES, or anyone connected with the Fairgrounds, responsible for any injuries, medical treatment or damage sustained to myself, my property, or others in my company, while I am using any of Park County Fairgrounds and Parks facilities.
