By reserving a RV site or horse stall, I agree to the terms of this waiver of liability and understand that cancellations and refunds are subject to a $20 fee + 3% credit card processing. Reservations made for the month of July are non-refundable. Reservations not associated with an event or agriculture are non-refundable. Reservations made by mistake are non-refundable. I, the undersigned, will not hold PARK COUNTY, COUNTY EMPLOYEES, or anyone connected with the Fairgrounds, responsible for any injuries, medical treatment or damage sustained to myself, my property, or others in my company, while I am using any of Park County Fairgrounds and Parks facilities. I also agree that my reservation for camping is related to agricultural purposes.
